Acceptable heat

Any location that is already at the hot end of comfortable is liable to be unbearable before too long, especially in extreme years. At the moment it is not uncommon for older residents of countries with temperate climates in the northern hemisphere to congregate in the south. You can see this in Florida, or the south coast of England and the southern departments of France. But with climate change, these currently pleasant environments will go too far up the scale. If you are planning to retire somewhere warm, consider moving to a location that is currently pleasant but less hot than these locations.
